Multigrain Chips








Nice snack pellet. Five cereals with starch granules partially gelatinized before final extrusion conducted using mild barrel temperature and low shear extrusion screw profile. All above so to preserve as much as possible the natural structures of each single ingredient. The product is rich in fiber and poor in Sodium chloride (<1%) . Chips have zero grams of trans fat. Then, they are MSG and lactose free. Some of above product bags were purchased in a hypermarket located in Seoul, South Korea. The pellet (half product) come from Italy.
