A rod snack

I consider extrusion and dry process used to obtains this particular product quite unique. In fact this process is rarely used in the snack industry as far as I am aware. Dough is extruded through a die which mount inserts with desired shape (a stunned ghost face in our case or this is what it seems to me), the rod is then dried to reach a certain moisture and then sliced into single pieces which are dried further to final moisture of around 11%.
